INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION 2016/679

  • DATA PROCESSING – INFORMATION REQUEST -.

The purpose of this Information Notice is to inform the user about the methods of processing of personal data concerning him/her in accordance with Article 13 of the Privacy Code and Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, for persons interacting with the website and concerns the personal data sent by the user/visitor when filling in the information request form.

Such data will be transformed into an email that may eventually be stored within the mail server and email receiving system used by the owner of the website.

The information that users of the Site deem to be communicated to the Data Controller, is provided knowingly and voluntarily, releasing the Data Controller from any liability for any violations of law.

It is up to users to verify that they have permissions to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations

  • DURATION OF PROCESSING

The treatment will have a duration for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and, in any case, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, nonexcessiveness and relevance provided by the current privacy legislation

  • PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The data communicated using the information request form made available on the site will be used for the sole purpose of being able to recontact you to fulfill the requests contained in your message.

  • NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED AND METHODS OF PROCESSINGI

The personal data processed will be only those strictly necessary and pertinent to the purposes mentioned in point 4 above.

The processing of personal data is carried out mainly using electronic procedures and media. The processing is carried out by categories of appointees involved in the organization or external parties appointed for this purpose by the data controller

  • DATA SECURITY

This site processes user data lawfully and fairly, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, modification or destruction of data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the indicated purposes.

  • LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROCESSING

The Legal basis of the processing is Consent.

  • NATURE OF CONFERMENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

There is no obligation to provide the personal data requested in the information request form. The provision of data via information request form is optional. However, refusal to provide it for the purposes mentioned in point 4 will result in the impossibility of processing the request.

  • RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Article 13 co. 2 of the GDPR lists the rights of the user and obliges to inform the user about the existence:

of the data subject’s right to request from the controller access to personal data (Art. 15 EU Regulation), their updating (Art. 7, co. 3, lett. a D.lgs 196/2003), rectification (Art. 16 EU Regulation), integration (Art. 7, co. 3 lett. a D.lgs 196/2003), limitation of processing concerning him/her (art. 18 EU Regulation) or to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing (art. 21 EU Regulation), as well as the right to data portability (art. 20 EU Regulation);

of the right to request the deletion (art. 17 EU Regulation), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (art. 7 co. 3, lett. b of Legislative Decree 196/2003);

of the right to obtain certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation, blocking of data, transformation, have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (art. 7 co. 3, lett. c of Legislative Decree 196/2003).

Requests can be addressed to the data controller at its email address without formality or using the template provided by the Data Protection Authority. If the processing is based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a – express consent to use – or Art. 9 paragraph 2 letter a – express consent to use genetic, biometric, health-related, revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions – the user has the right to revoke the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation. Likewise, in the event of a violation of the regulations, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, as the authority in charge of controlling the processing in the Italian state.
